The Lash Club Online was established in March 2021, by Sheffield based lash artist Naomi Ashmore. Naomi had been working in the lash industry for over 7 years before creating The Lash Club. After branching out into the lash training market, Naomi saw a huge gap for a safe space for lash technicians to unite. To come together in one place, to ask for advice and guidance, and find genuinely helpful tools to help grow in all aspects of your lash business.
Being a lash tech can be lonely, we speak to our clients but we don’t really have any ‘colleagues’, especially if home or mobile based. It is a hugely competitive industry, but there really is enough clients for everyone.
TLC has been created based on real experiences of the industry and what we feel is missing, the questions that we get asked the most and what we see on social media.
On TLC you can guarantee you’re going to be part of a worldwide community, you’re going to feel more supported than ever before. Unfortunately it’s so easy to become a lash technician and there’s so many training courses that qualify you before you’re actually ready – so you’re thrown out into the industry with no idea what to do or where to begin. Being a lash tech isn’t just about doing lashes, you need to know how to sell, how to grow, how to run your own business whether that be from book-keeping, calculating your taxes, employing staff and looking at the different progression opportunities. So, absolutely you can go and take your course and be qualified – but the real learning comes afterwards, and we are going to take you through and support you at every single level of your business.

Do I have to be a qualified lash artist to join?
We do recommend you are a qualified lash artist before joining to get the most out of the membership. TLC truly is tailored to qualified lash artists that are ready for the support, help and advice to grow their lash business. However, if you are training, you are welcome to join - our discount directory alone would be the perfect place for you to try new products and save your money!
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes of course! We are here for as little or as long as you need us, and can join as many times as you would like within your lash journey. To cancel, head to your profile inside the membership.
Can I request content for inside the membership?
Yes! We are here to help you on your lash journey, however you need. SO, if there is something you desperately need help/advice on, but you can't see it covered in the membership - email us at info@thelashclub.co.uk or DM us on IG @thelashclubonline and we'll create the content for you!
Who creates the content for inside The Lash Club Online Membership?
Our Co-Owners Cloe and Naomi both are highly qualified specialists in their fields. That being said, we believe in learning from as many great lash minds as possible, so we have a mixture of TLC exclusive content, special guests and familiar faces to keep the knowledge fun, fresh and current.
Can I access content from before I was a member?
Absolutely! The only time we will remove content is if we feel it is no longer relevant to the lash industry as it grows, however we will always look to replace it with the most up to date information!
